Who is responsible for your data

What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, email, delivery address and order details, to make and deliver your order (contract).
- Payments: handled by Stripe or PayPal. We receive confirmation of payment and the last four digits of a card, never the full card details.
- Emails: order and delivery emails. Marketing emails only if you tick the box, and you can unsubscribe at any time (consent).
Who we share it with
- Makr3D (Yorkshire3D Ltd, UK), who print and dispatch your model.
- Royal Mail and other carriers, to deliver it.
- Stripe and PayPal, to take payment.
- Hostinger (website hosting and email) and Cloudflare (security and cookie-free visitor statistics).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes, then deleted.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed for the basket and checkout to work. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing us. If you’re unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
