The product
Vestibular3D models are educational anatomical models for teaching and patient explanation. They are not medical devices and must not be used for diagnosis or treatment. Each model is 3D printed in PLA to order, so small variations in colour and surface finish are normal.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where available and do not include shipping, which is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken by Stripe or PayPal; we never see or store your full card details.
Your order
Our contract with you is formed when we email your order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
See our Shipping policy. Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import taxes or customs fees, which are set by the destination country and payable by you.
Cancelling and returns
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. See our Refunds and returns policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Designs and copyright
The Vestibular3D design, 3D model files, images and text on this site are our intellectual property. You may not copy, scan, reproduce or sell copies of the model or its design.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for any use of the model for clinical decisions.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK where you live.
